Here are some girly Christmas cards I have made. All images have been coloured with Promarkers and all shapes have been cut with nestabilities. I took inspiration from Sketches for different challenges for each of the cards.
I am entering this card into the Saturated Canary challenge Lou’s Sketch(Image is from Saturated Canary)
and In the Pink’s Challenge ‘Pink Christmas’.
I am entering this card into Sassy Cheryl’s Challenge ‘A Sketch!’ (Image is from Sassy Cheryl) and I Love Promarkers Challenge 145: Anything Goes.

Thanks for looking.
Some great news to start off with! I won last week’s Passion for Promarkers Challenge. I’m delighted! You’ll find my winning card here.
Here’s two cards for little girls whose birthday parties we have this week.
First, a blue card with an image from Sassy Cheryl, coloured with promarkers. I am entering this is Sassy Cheryl’s challenge ‘all the blues’, and Totally Gorjuss ‘sketch challenge’.
This card has a stamped Gorjuss girl, some lace, butterflies, glitter, and pearls. How well they all go together! I am entering this in the Passion for Promarkers Challenge ‘Lace and swirls‘ and the Fashionista Challenge ‘A card for a child’.
For both of these cards, I embossed the envelopes to match. I think it’s really effective!
Thanks for visiting. Please leave a comment, I love them.
I have two birthday cards here for a little girl called Emer. This first one is an easel card and it has an image from Sassy Cheryl, coloured with Promarkers. I had these papers in my stash for a few months and didn’t want to use them because they were too nice! But Jackie set the challenge for Cheryl as ‘Pretty Papers’ so I had to use them up. 🙂 I’ve embellished the image with the usual glossy accents and stickles, and added some card candi (dots!) on the base of the card.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Sassy Cheryl’s challenge – Pretty Papers
I Love Promarkers – Dots and Stripes
This next card has a freebie image from Saturated Canary, coloured with Promarkers. The backing paper is a digi I bought from Creative Qube on etsy. I cut the letters with my Cricut but they didn’t come out properly and I didn’t have time to change them Again, I’ve added some glossy accents and stickles to the image, and a little butterfly and ladybird to add to the ‘outdoor’ theme. I also punched a heart border using an X-cut punch.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Saturated Canary challenge 23 – Great Outdoors
Creative Inspirations – In the Garden
Dream Valley Challenges – Die Cuts & Punches

Here are two cards I’ve made for a wedding we have this week.
This one is for the groom to give to his bride. The image is from Saturated Canary and she is called ‘Double Take’. The image is clean and simple and I kept the card to the same theme. It is colored with Promarkers and the colours I used were:
Hair – Mustard, sandstone, cinnamon and cocoa.
Skin – Dusky Pink, ivory and blossom.
Dress – Ivory, satin and vanilla.
Inside the card are the lyrics to the song ‘This Guy’s in Love with You’, which is to be their first dance.
I am entering this card in the challenge I Love Promarkers – Gold, silver, bronze.
The next card I can’t claim credit for; I got the idea from my friend Pam. The hearts were cut with my Cricut (Craft Room Basics). The paper flowers are handmade, also with the help of my Cricut.
I am entering this card in the challenge Fantabulous Cricut – Wedded Bliss.
I hope you like my wedding cards. Please leave a comment if you have paid a visit. x
I made this card for a 21st Birthday using a Freebie image by Saturated Canary. I coloured the image with the following Promarkers:
- Cool Grey 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 & Black
- Lavender, Lilac & Amethyst
- Dusky Pink & Ivory for the skin
I embellished ith with ribbon, card candi, glossy accents, stickles and die cuts from the Cricut Cartridge Ashlyn’s Alphabet.
I am entering this card into the Saturated Canary Challenge Black, White & one other
This luck girl also got half a dozen cupcakes to go with her card. This is my second attempt at using Marshmallow Fondant and my tappits letter/number stencils. Making marshmallow fondant seems to be easier than making any other type of material for decorating cakes such as flower paste or gum paste. I find it works well for cutting. I also used a butterfly cutter and embossing sheets that came free with a Cake Decorating Magazine.
Thanks for stopping by. I’d love it if you could leave a comment.
I was asked to make a birthday card for my neighbour Aoibhe (Irish for Ava) who turned 5 during the week. This image by Mo Manning reminded me of her! She is coloured with Promarkers.
I am entering this card into the following challenges:
Digital Pencil Challenge & Guest Design Team Call – Hugs & Kisses
Papertake Weekly Challenge – All Things Girly
Divas By Design Challenge – Anything Goes
I also want to share a card I made today at Jackie Mooney’s Workshop. It’s a never-ending folding card. Good fun to make and play with!
Thanks for looking. I’d really appreciate it if you could leave a comment, I love reading them ❤
Two projects today. First is a bookmark inspired by the oh-so-popular trilogy ‘Fifty Shades of Grey’. Unfortunately (or not!), I don’t have 50 shades of grey promarkers, only 5, so they had to do! The image is from Sassy Studio Designs.
I am entering this card into the Sassy Studio Designs challenge on Paper Craft Planet – Summer Reading.
Secondly, I have a card, with a similar colour scheme. My father-in-law is getting married in a few weeks, so I have to make a few cards for different people to give, and this is the first. The image of the bride & groom dancing is from Mo Manning.
I am entering this card into the following challenge:
Mo’s Digital Challenge 143 – Dancing & Singing.
(Mo is also have a Guest Design Team Call (exciting!), details are in the link above.
