This card is for my Goddaughter who is turning 1 this week. The inspiration came from this card by Jackie Mooney. I cut the card base with my cricut; I had a bit of trouble with it and had to get the scissors out afterwards It turns out that the blade was totally blunt! :-O Anyway, I used Craft Room Basics, Ashlyn’s Alphabet and Celebrations. The image is from Mo Manning and she is coloured with Promarkers. Some ribbon, butterflies and pearls to finish.
I am entering this card in the following challenges:
Mo’s Digital Challenge – Anything Goes
Bitten by the Bug 2 – Shaped Card
Fashionista Challenge – Card for a Child
*****I am resurrecting this card for the end of year challenge from Mo’s Digital Pencil – Fave Mo card made by YOU!******
This next project isn’t a card, it’s a sort of framed scrapbook page (frame not shown in the photo below!). It’s a birthday present for my friend Aisling, who is a fabulous singer / musician (and her favourite colour is turquoise :). The cuts are from the Cricut Cartridge ‘ Quarter Note’, which I just love. I added some ribbon, a bling charm and some gems and card candi.
I am entering this into the following challenges:
Fantabulous Cricut Challenge – On the Job.
Cut it Up Challenge – Anything Goes
